All sales of digital products are final. Because our Guides are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered. Please read the full policy below.
Self Beacon sells digital products — downloadable PDF guides delivered immediately upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned once accessed. Once a Guide has been downloaded or made available for download, the transaction is complete.
We encourage you to take the free burnout assessment before purchasing to confirm your archetype and ensure you are buying the right Guide for your situation. The assessment is completely free and available without any purchase or registration requirement.
We will help you if: You completed a purchase but did not receive your download link, the download link is broken or expired, or you received the wrong Guide due to a technical error. Contact us within 7 days and we will resend your product at no charge.
We cannot process refunds if: You changed your mind after downloading, you felt the Guide was not right for your situation, you purchased the wrong archetype, your circumstances changed, or you did not use the Guide.

If you experience a technical problem receiving your Guide — such as a failed download, a corrupted file, or a link that does not work — contact us at wecare@selfbeacon.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will resend your Guide within 24 hours.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered digital product may constitute fraud. If you have a genuine concern about your purchase, please contact us directly at wecare@selfbeacon.com before raising a dispute with your payment provider. We are always willing to work with you to resolve legitimate issues.
